Obituary of Michael J Cummings

Michael J. Cummings, age 63, of Bradenton, FL, formerly of Tioga, PA, died on Saturday, October 13, 2012 in Manatee Memorial Hospital, Bradenton, FL. Born on August 19, 1949 in Tioga County, PA, he was the son of Jessie LeRoy and Shirley (Belknap) Cummings. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou (Zadrovitz) Cummings. Prior to his retirement, Michael was employed with Lincoln Middle School as the head custodian. In addition to his wife, Mary Lou, Michael is also survived by two sons, Michael and Steven Cummings, both of Mansfield, PA; one sister, Roberta Heady of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, Michael, Tasha, LaKota, Maelee; one nephew, David Heady; one niece, Christine Heady and several aunts and uncles. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, November 16, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main Street, Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will be held immediately following calling hours at 6:00 PM at the funeral chapel with Pastor Harry Colegrove officiating.
