Obituary of Jean A. Kunes

Jean A. Kunes, age 92, formerly of Blossburg, PA, died Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Tifton, GA. Jean was born December 14, 1920 in Morris Run, PA a daughter of John and Margaret (Anders) Kostecki. She was the widow of Ralph Kunes. Jean was a member of St. Andrews Church in Blossburg and enjoyed singing in the church choir, cooking and baking. Jean is survived by a son, Ralph W. Kunes of Roseville, PA; a daughter and son-in-law, Rosalie and Ron Davis of Adel, GA; 5 granddaughters, Shelly Rogers Kaczynski, Deborah Rogers Ambriati, Wendy Rogers Smith, Tammy Kunes and Sherry Kunes; 4 great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She was predeceased by her husband, Ralph, and two brothers, John and Walter Kostecki. A private burial will be held at St. Andrew's Cemetery, Blossburg, PA.
