Obituary of Steven Clifford Ward

Steven Clifford Ward, age 61, of Troy, PA, died Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at his home. Steven was the son of Clifford and Audrey (Clark) Ward. He was a retired Staff Sargeant with the U.S. Army with 20 years of service. Steven was employed by Dan Slaymaker as a farm hand. He was a member of the Bakerburg Community Church. Steven enjoyed farm animals, his dog, Keesha, fishing and cutting wood. Steven is survived by his mother, Audrey; 2 sons, Matthew and Travis Ward; a sister, Connie Beal of Groveland, FL; and his dog, Keesha. He was predeceased by his father, Clifford Ward, and a nephew, Jame. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, July 1, 2013 from Noon to 1:00 P.M. at the Bakerburg Community Church, 197 Gray Valley Rd., Mainesburg, PA. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor David Dressler officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Troy, PA with full military honors.
