Obituary of Jack M. Strange

Jack M. Strange, age 85, of Mainesburg, PA, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2013 at The Green Home, Wellsboro, PA with family and friends around him. Jack was a lifelong resident of Mainesburg, PA where he lived and farmed on Rumsey Hill. He also was a heavy equipment operator and belonged to Local 832 Operating Engineers. He suffered a debilitating stroke on June 11, 2013 which he was unable to recover from. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, July 19, 2013 from 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held immediately following the viewing at 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Michelle Bodle officiating. Burial will be in Mainesburg Cemetery.
