Obituary of Marion Lois Olufson

Marion Lois (Hacker) Olufson age 89 of Horseheads, NY died Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Bethany Manor Nursing Home following a long illness. She was born on June 3, 1924 in Renovo, PA a daughter of Edith and Shedrach Hacker. Marion was married to George Rodman and Francis Krupa both of Renovo and Merton Olufoson of Mesa, AZ, all of whom preceded her in death. She served in the US Navy during World War II, was nurses' aide in Lock Haven Hospital and drove bus for the Bucktail Area School District. She is survived by a daughter Barbara (Stark) Squier of Woodhull, NY, two granddaughters Christina ((Gary) Gross of Wattsburg, PA and Tiffany Swimley of Hammondsport, NY, two great grandsons Gregory and Adam Gross. Marion is also survived by a niece JoAnne (Richard) Ulmer of Avis, PA. A private family service will be held and burial will be in Hyner, PA. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc, 637 S.
