Obituary of Roger M. Losinger

Roger M. Losinger, age 64, of Liberty, PA, died Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the Bath VA Medical Center, Bath, NY. Roger was born November 14, 1949 in Blossburg, PA, a son of Louie Losinger and Mary E. (Bubach) Stratton. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and served during the Vietnam War. Prior to his retirement, Roger was an engineer for LEMCO Tool Corp. He was a full time member of the Liberty VFW, Morris Run Legion, Blossburg American Legion, Blossburg VFW and the Arnot Sportsmen's Club. Roger is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Tara Losinger of Liberty, PA, Justin and Krystal Losinger of North Glenn, CO; his mother, Mary Stratton; 4 grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Velda and Dick Johnson; mother of his children, Linda D. (Grinnell) Losinger; close friends, Larry VanDyke, Robert Wirth, George Lloyd, and many more. He was predeceased by his father, Louie Losinger, and a brother, Chester Losinger. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, November 21, 2013 from Noon to 2:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral chapel with Rev. Thomas Harmic officiating. A private burial will be held at Sebring Cemetery.
