Obituary of Eve J. Douty
Eve J. (Stradley) Douty age 80 of Wellsboro, PA died Monday, October 1, 2007 at the Green Home in Wellsboro, PA. Eve was born on May 2, 1927 in Wellsboro, PA a daughter of Charles and Blanche (Heath) Stradley.
Eve is survived by her son Robert E. Douty III of Myrtle Beach, SC, a brother Manford Jim Stradley of Elmira, NY, and a sister Virginia Burt of Mansfield, PA, a special niece Carol (Stuart) Wilcox of Pine City, NY, numerous nieces and nephews. Eve was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Robert and Leonard Stradley; sisters, Georgia Benfer, Sue Mosher, Bert Merrell, Ann Burton, Louise Campman and Vivian Spencer.
Burial will be in Shumway Hill Cemetery, Wellsboro, PA. The Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA is assisting the family.www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
