Obituary of Gabriel Partyka

Gabriel R. Partyka, age 90, of Liberty, PA, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024 at UPMC Williamsport Hospital. He was born on June 2, 1933 in Eynon, PA, a son of Paul and Anna (Engler) Partyka. Gabriel was married to Doris L. (Terhune) Partyka. He worked for M&M and Mars Candy Company for 31 years. Gabriel was a member of Holy Child Catholic Church. He enjoyed golfing, running, reading, and spending time with his three angels. Gabriel is survived by his wife; two daughters, Laura Partyka of Savannah, GA, and Linda (James) Kucharski of Liberty, PA; three granddaughters, Melissa Partyka, Kristine (Cody) Cole, and Kara (Patrick) Lindquist; and two brothers, Paul (Elvira) Partyka of Eynon, PA, and Joseph Partyka of Eynon, PA. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Lorriane, Frances, Maryann, Barbara, and Elizabeth. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Holy Child Catholic Church 242 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA with Reverend Bryan Wright as celebrant.
